What do I do?

Have your last meal at least 2 hours before the session and wear comfortable clothes.

The session can last from 1.5 to 2 hours

  • We start the session by setting an intention.
  • We then start the breathing session either lying down or sitting.
  • We make sure of an emotional completion before closing the session.

A breathwork facilitator applies hand pressure to relax tensions in the muscles during the breathing process, which helps in transforming and integrating emotional repressed memories.

It is up to you. I like to propose a cycle of 3 sessions because often the body needs time and consistency to fully open up and retraining the dormant muscles in the diaphragm.

  • It is a full conscious connected diaphragmatic breath.
  • Working with the mechanics and dynamics of the breath.
  • Applying hand pressure on different parts of the body (body mapping).
  • Applying sounds and movements.
  • Working with the higher self of the client.
  • Consciously recognizing the spiritual aspect to it.
  • Making sure of the emotional completion during integration.

There is no contraindication with this model of breathwork; It is for everyone. However, it is important for me to know if you have any medical issues.
